June 2022 – It was a privilege and a pleasure to stay at Mungumby Lodge. From the moment we stepped out of our car we were in awe , the rainforest sounds the incredibly fresh air was intoxicating. Your welcome , Isabella, was delightful as if we were visiting a dear friend. Unfortunately we didn’t get a chance to meet Hamish. We cannot fault anything about our stay and we actually hope you don’t change anything. We will most definitely return and we have all ready spread the word about your piece of paradise. We will happily put a review on Google. Our stay at Mungumby Lodge was certainly the highlight of our 4 week holiday.

August 2022 – What a fabulous place. The first morning Olive Backed Orioles called and chased each other right in front of our verandah. A group of six Sunbrids did the same near the BBQ Pavillion. And he butterflies! At night small frogs sang from the top of the mossy rocks in the creek. Hamish & Isabella are the best hosts, full of good information and stories. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Walking trails, birds, beautiful creeks, rainforest, butterflies, water dragons, bug friends (that we haven’t seen before), spiders, flowers and plants…. Hamish explained everything about the lodge and walking trails and things to do around. He is such a great owner to share the excitement about this beautiful property.
